Presswerx offers the completely rebuilt Heidelberg Windmill in either 10x15  or  13x18 inch sizes. These machines are striped down and inspected. Worn or broken parts are replaced and the machine is repainted and reassembled. All presses are then test run to ensure quality.

Presswerx also offers a large capacity foil unit for either size Windmill. This unit has two draw motors which together can pull up to three rolls of foil at a time. The foil control unit is digital and allows for both the draw time and skip times to be programmed digitally. Micro-tune adjustment knobs are available so that adjustments to pull and skip distances can be made while running which eliminates wasted material and long down times for adjustments. The heat plate face unit is also removable for quick and easy die placement and setup, allowing one job to run while another is setup.
